« La chambre était spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée. L’ensemble de l’établissement offre un cadre agréable et propice au bien‑être. En revanche, lors de mon arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement froid et la chambre qui m’avait été attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que j’avais réservée. Lorsque j’ai signalé ce problème, j’ai eu le sentiment d’être traité avec un certain mépris. J’ai finalement dû régler un supplément de 200 € pour obtenir la chambre initialement...

« Océano est un jeune établissement, tenu impeccablement par Samir qui saura fort bien vous accueillir. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses, ce qui est rare à Conakry. La nourriture est bonne, les produits frais - ici pas de fast food / congelés. J'ai l'habitude de voyager dans la sous région, et rêverais que les hôtels puissent tous se conformer aux standards de l'Océano... Merci aux tenanciers! »

« Mon sejour s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. Je suis venu pendant une periode compliqué et j'ai du rester 48h à l'hotel. La chambre etait spacieuse et bonne, mais assez proche du bar principal, du coup je subissait la musique jusqu'à 22h. Aussi, la piscine était malheureusement pas 100% pour me laisser tenter. »

« I have paid accommodation fee for 2 nights in advance but when I checked-in, they told me that my booking was invalid because they had terminated contract with Expedia 2 month ago! I have strongly complained and explained to them that it should not be because I had made booking just a week before arrival and accommodation fee had already been deducted from my credit card, but they have insisted that they had no booking and i would need to pay now by cash if i would like to stay. « Prior to the visit, I sent him several messages on Expedia and Vrbo with no response. We arrived at the property and the owner was not around. As if this was not bad enough, the security put him on the phone and he informed us that he had booked the property for other people and we had to figure ourselves out. Luckily, I have some friends in Guinea and they helped me find a big complex with multiple units. I was not happy about the situation, but I was glad I had a solution. If I did not know...

"La chambre était spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée. L’ensemble de l’établissement offre un cadre agréable et propice au bien‑être. En revanche, lors de mon arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement froid et la chambre qui m’avait été attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que j’avais réservée. Lorsque j’ai signalé ce problème, j’ai eu le sentiment d’être traité avec un certain mépris. J’ai finalement dû régler un supplément de 200 € pour obtenir la chambre initialement prévue. Heureusement, le responsable de la réception s’est montré beaucoup plus attentionné le lendemain matin au petit‑déjeuner, en me saluant personnellement par mon nom. Cette délicate attention m’a sincèrement touché et a contribué à améliorer mon ressenti. "
