The reception staff were extremly poor. I arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport, they forgot, i asked five times to repair the safe, it is still not working. I was unable to turn of a light in my room to sleep. I had to go down twice to get somebody to do it. Very strange, the hotel was trying to be a classy property but it was on a causeway in the docks. The only way out was through an encampment, over railway lines and through building sites. As the encampment had no sanitation everything went into the water.
