Welcome to our centrally located villa retreat in the heart of Rowland Heights!
We offer comfort and convenience for your stay. Enjoy a spacious living area and easy access to supermarkets like Target, Walmart, and Trader Joe’s, as well as shopping centers such as Macy’s, Nordstrom, and JCPenney. Our home is the perfect base for exploring the best of Southern California.

Unwind in the backyard swimming pool after a long day — a perfect way to wash away fatigue and relax in your private paradise.

Thank you for choosing to stay at our property. We live on-site and regularly monitor the home to ensure everything runs smoothly, while still respecting the privacy every traveler expects. We’re always available to assist you so that you can make the most of your stay.

Since we’re usually at home, we’re happy to greet guests if needed. Rest assured, someone is always nearby in case you need anything — whether it’s extra towels or just a quick dinner recommendation. We also offer luggage storage and car rental services upon request.
