The parking was limited and very expensive for the area. They need to let you know in advance that it is paid parking and not a lot of it. The building was very old and run down, and you can see it but it at least was fairly clean..I never felt unsafe but not the nicest part of town. It was within walking distance of the nice pier in town. .

The carpeting in the room was pulled up in spots. The room lacked a coffee maker. I was told that you could get coffee in the morning. However, there was no coffee to be found and the lobby was locked the next morning. No one was monitoring the desk.

We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for our time spent. Nothing fancy but room was very clean and staff were awesome! Bed was comfortable and air/heat worked great! Would definitely stay again!

I always stay here when I'm in Redondo Beach. It's a nice walk to the Redondo Beach Pier, where there a cool shops, restaurants and pubs. I had some minor issues with my shower, which is why I'm not giving a perfect review this time but it's by no means a deal breaker. The shower valve that controls hot water and cold water was loose and not working perfectly, and I took a shower that was just a bit too hot for my liking. It was a minor blip on an otherwise solid place.

I checked in to a room where the WiFi was terrible, the tv did not work and the toilet was broken. After I explained this to the property manager, they refused to give me a new room because I’d used the bathroom. By 6 pm, none of the issues had been fixed or I just simply did not get assistance at all. I finally reported the issues to Expedia - who were no help other than calling the property manager to tell them what I’d already told them. I called back down to the new property manager on duty who finally changed my room. Exhausting and terrible experience.
