Georgia National Championship Football
Zig and his son were very ways to deal with, they were very helpful in every way. The home is very comfy. Beds were great. Kitchen was awesome. W/D was very helpful. All in all is was a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone!! Good Wi-Fi and tv. Thanks so much Zig and Chaz!!

The Perfect Place
Our week in this neat, clean, charming house was perfect for us. It provided the perfect combination of spacious comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room and well-equipped kitchen as well as essential laundry facilities in a very nice walkable neighborhood with convenient access to everything we needed. We would highly recommend this rental!

Great time!
This is not a party house. Host will make that very clear prior to booking. We we're on a sight seeing / visiting friends vacation. Great location. Great neighborhood. Everything from high end steakhouses to street tacos within 5 minutes from each other. We had an awesome time. Host was very responsive. If you're looking for a home with a great location and a friendly neighborhood; this is a great place to stay.

Lovely stay
Was in town for a family member's wedding and also had our adult kids stay with us. Great location, very quiet and Zig was a delight to deal with - very responsive and accommodating. Will be back!

Great place for a family
My husband, myself and two adult sons needed a place to stay (and work) while we visited our daughter and her family, who live in Culver City. This house has plenty of space and is just a short walk away from downtown Culver City. We had a great stay! Also, the host was quick to respond to any questions.

Quiet, safe and convenient
We were moving our daughter into UCLA as she begins her freshman year, and needed a basecamp for all the pre-moving activities. Zig's property fits the bill. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and it's close to everything. We were minutes from the university as we had to make multiple trips back and forth. The house is comfortable, well-appointed, and Zig is an attentive host. Perhaps one small suggestion: A full length mirror in one of the bathrooms or bedrooms would be extremely helpful for us ladies, especially those in the teenaged category.

Culver City family home
This home is situated in a quiet residential area with convenient access to Santa Monica and to Culver City restaurants. Spacious, ideal for a family, the spartan interior had comfortable beds and an updated Kitchen. Our host was most welcoming and helpful. Be sure to visit the neighborhood store for fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious pastries.

A nice place
My family and I stayed here while visiting our daughter at UCLA. The place was nice as advertised and it was a great location for us. The rainwater shower was particularly nice.

Clean and quiet
Clean and quiet This lovely, spacious house is in a nice, convient area of Culver City. It’s only a block walk to the neighborhood store/deli for things you need to pick up. The owner, Zig, has a garden and we were fortunate to get to eat some of his delicious tomatoes. Zig was a great host. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Great place and location for a family
We lived in Culver City for years, but then moved away in 2015. We come back to visit every year for spring break to visit friends and enjoy the LA sunshine. We found this house this time, and it was great! Perfect for our family of five. It was walking distance to downtown Culver City with lots of restaurants, bars and shops, which was awesome. We love staying in Culver because it's a short drive to everywhere...airport is 15 minutes, Santa Monica is about 20 minutes, Venice Beach about 15 minutes, downtown LA about 20 minutes assuming it's not rush hour... (and Culver has a Metro stop that goes downtown with stops at USC, California Science Center, LA Live, etc.) The house had everything we needed, and the kitchen was fantastic. So used to rental houses not having enough stuff to cook with, and this one was loaded. Zig, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive. Overall a lovely stay!

Great location - friendly and accommodating host
This centrally located home in a cute neighborhood allowed us to spend less time in our car than we planned for LA. It was a great price for a three bedroom - allowing lots of space for a family of 5. Culver city is really cute. The host, Zig, is very accessible and friendly and helped us with suggestions and needs during our stay.

Very easy and clean.
Great neighborhood. Very safe and convenient. 10 min walk to Starbucks, etc. House is large and comfortable. Host is easy and accomodating. Highly recommend!
