Nov 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Excellent modern rental apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. I was there four nights. Rough neighborhood with homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks near to the hotel and the streets are deserted at night. Good central location for LA Live and Peacock Theater. Security men at front door were not always available to let you in, but that was a minor inconvenience. The front door of the rental apartment had a camera which was an indicator about the neighborhood. Bed was not made, dirty bathroom towels, hairs, etc. Owner gave us a refund directly, not through VRBO, to avoid penalty fee. Went to a hotel instead. Parking garage is not in the building, it is across the street and around the corner and open to public, was told by a tenant that the garage is not that safe. May 27, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in #### ドジャース観戦に最高の立地の素敵な部屋 チェックインは、ホテルのような24時間のフロントでできるのだが、到着日にチェックインしようとした時、登録されていないのでできないと言われ目の前が真っ暗になった。支払いも半年前には済ませている。オーナーに連絡すると、手違いで書類を管理会社に出していなかったと言われた。翌日から宿泊できると言われ、｢今日泊まるところがありません！｣と返信した。本当にあり得ない！と思った。オーナーが直接来てくれることになり、隣のカフェで待った。オーナーが来てからは、スムーズにチェックインできたが、もし来てくれなかったら、大きな荷物と共に路頭に迷うところだった。オーナーにパスポートの写真を送ってほしいと当日に言われ、それだけのことなのに忘れているなんて驚いた。部屋の中や、明るさ、清潔さ、立地などは素晴らしいと思う。パーキングは、場所など情報だけでは分かりにくかったが、オーナーが一緒に行ってくれて、カードの通し方など教えてくれてよかった。ただ、パーキングに車を取りにいく時は、正面ロビーから入れずに、車の入り口までぐるっと歩いて行かなければならず、後でオーナーに聞くとノックすれば開けてくれると聞いたが、そのビルは、朝とかフロントの人がいない時が多かった。立地は、ダウンタウンの真ん中でドジャーススタジアムにもすいていれば車で15分の申し分ない立地だ。朝食は自炊したが、水切りザルやボウルなどがあればいいのにと思った。最初の不手際さえなければ最高なので、来年も利用したい。 ##### TAKAKO S.
