LOCATION WAS OF COURSE IS THE MAIN PLUS IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SHOP IN LA AT LUXURY STORES. AFTER A DAY OF SHOPPING, THERE IS NO POINT STAYING HERE ANY MORE THAN THAT. FOOD/SNACKS POOR, DRINKS POOR, ROOM NOT UPDATED BEING IN THE AREA AND THE CLIENTS THEY WOULD BE GETTING, IT WAS CHEAP THOUGH, I DIDNT SHOP BASED ON PRICE, IT WAS THE LOCATION REALLY, BUT I GUESS FINANCIALLY IT DIDN'T DENT MY WALLET AT ALL. I WOULD NOT MIND PAYING MORE 5-600 A NIGHT IF THEY DECIDED TO UPGRADE THE HOTEL

Hotel is in desperate need of a renovation, which is currently underway. We shovel have been told about the construction. Carpets are worn and stained, elevators are beat up, bathrooms are old, floors and walls shake, soundproofing is terrible.

The staff is phenomenal! Excellent service anywhere at the hotel. Location of the hotel is the best - right on Rodeo Drive. Can’t beat that! The rooms and bathrooms need updating. Half of the hotel is under renovation which started at 7am every morning. Not pleasant. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Great location but that’s about it. Only one working elevator, halls smell like your nana’s house. They also charge you $60 a day for a continental breakfast.

Hello and thank you for your much appreciated feedback. To provide clarity, the $60 you are referring to is the $30 per person Luxe Club Fee all hotel guests are responsible for. You are correct as it does include the morning breakfast, but it also includes the lunch appetizers, dinner light bites, the open bar that is from 5pm-8pm daily, wifi access, as well as access to our gym facility. There is one elevator in a completely separate tower that is out of service solely because that entire tower is being fully renovated. We apologize if there was an odor that disturbed you and hope this was brought to the staffs attention to remedy. We welcome you to visit us again after the full renovation is complete in the first few months of 2020.

Tiny room Great service
Room was very cramped, the bathroom is so small only 1 person can fit at a time. No space to move around in the room at all. For the price I will never stay here again, although the people that works for this tiny room hotel are so super nice, some of the best customer service you will ever come across.

Great location and friendly staff
Great location in a low-key boutique hotel! They charge a "resort" fee of $30 a day, but did have a nice assortment of refreshments and breakfast included for the fee. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Relaxing place to stay.

A European-style boutique hotel in LA
My 19yo daughter and I had a great stay! From valet, to the bar, breakfast, relaxing on the patio and just wandering around Rodeo Drive in the AM, it was a very relaxing stay.

Location was excellent and the rooms were relatively clean. The wifi was terrible and I had to spend nearly $100 to purchase additional internet and data travel packages. Hotel charges an additional ‘resort’ fee regardless of whether or not you’ve used their gym facilities which is what I call “extortion”. They also charge an arm and a leg for spa services (which as far as I’m concerned should be free for the price you’re paying to stay at the hotel. Gym was VERY small and i used it once for half an hour. This is NOT a 4 star hotel by any means. At best, a 3 star.

I am really sorry your stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been. Just to clarify, the Luxe Club Fee includes quite a few hotel amenities including the gym facilities. True, as a boutique hotel on Rodeo Drive, we do have a modest gym area to provide guests some physical activity during their stay. Also, our partner, Spa on Rodeo, whose physical location is less than a block from our property is our current provider for spa services. With this being said, we are open to a more in depth conversation regarding your stay. Please contact the property as we would love to discuss your feedback.

Terrible. Noisy. Unfriendly people. I correct charges. If you can cite a negative experience that is related to a hotel stay you can cited here. Pitiful.

I was overall satisfied with the hotel but I had a problem with the bed pillows and asked for a firmer pillow. I got a hard as a rock pillow which wasn't good. Also I did not know I had to pay $30.00 a day for the food and drinks. I drink scotch but they didn't have any although they had vodka, gin,etc. I had to go elsewhere for cocktails.

Rip off all the way around. Had to pay hidden fees. Desk staff was on their phones the whole time and wouldn't look up (stood in front of them for over 5 min before they notices I was there).

Beware of the additional mandatory charges daily, just shy of $35 each day. At night, it’s very loud when people drive by. I can hear people walking on the floor above me. And the staff at the front desk is very rude and passive aggressive.

There is a lot to like about this hotel - the open bar, location, friendly staff, etc. The first floor and lobby is well-decorated and clean. The rooms and hallways, however, feel like a completely different hotel.

Great location, loved the ability to walk where we needed or get our car from valet. Staff was professional and helpful. Shout-out to Jose in the breakfast/bar area. Only issue was the early morning garbage truck in the alley on Saturday - a bit noisy. Very good boutique property - will definitely return.

Hidden Gem
I travel frequently and normally don’t take the time to leave a review. Truthfully, I’m rarely impressed by the hotel properties or staff. All that changed after staying at the Luxe on Rodeo. This hotel is small and intimate. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. All my needs were met and I didn’t want for a thing. The location is fabulous- it’s almost like a home away from home. So many amenities were included during my stay at the Luxe that haven’t been part of my travel experience up to this point. I felt pampered and cared about. This hotel is perfect for celebrity clients, the business travel and families. The hotel staff is discrete and I appreciated that other hotel guest were friendly but understand that privacy is important and respected. On prior trips to Los Angeles I stayed at the Beverly Hilton and Beverly Hills Hotel but I have to tell you the Luxe beats them in every category.
