I enjoyed my stay here. I noticed someone put much thought into the design and layout. i appreciated the bath towels, and how thick and soft they were.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Easy parking. It's a short walk to delightful shopping and dining at Calabasas Commons, which has ponds, a water fall, charming statuary and real live turtles, koi, ducks and birds. Only a couple of things could have been better. On my second day of my 6-night stay, I let them know my shower wand was broken. It was useable, but inconvenient as it could not be attached to its pole, so I wasn't able to stand underneath the water. I asked 3x, and someone came to see it, but it was never fixed. Secondly, the AC unit was noisy, so I needed earplugs to get to sleep. Other than that, everything was great, including the beds! Really comfortable. I also liked that the thermostat worked well to adjust the temperature. I would stay there again.

Overall experience was excellent, except housekeeping where they say the do this every other day, which threw us.. so asked for towels which we provided - but then the missed our room again. All sorted out but a little disappointed. Other than that - we would definitely use again.

The property provided great access to the highway. It was quiet and had great parking. The overall property was clean. However, my room was only serviced once while I was there and I had to contact the front desk to have someone come in to clean it.

Great value for money, super comfy bed, clean and in a good location with parking. My only thing would be the air conditioner is really noisy and the room heats up so it is needed - my husband disagreed though!

This was a beautiful hotel. All new and very quiet, even though it’s next to the freeway. Showers without being in a bath tube and shampoo etc in the shower ready to go.

The staff made my experience enjoyable. I had called to see if I could get an earlier check in as I was unable to check in at the time set and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. Although I put them in a difficult position they tried their best to make sure I had a great experience and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The location was good. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hot tub was closed, unfortunately. The pool was very small. Room wasn't clean, large chip in shower. Shower head was extremely low, built for a child. Very noisy and a lot of dogs. Was woken up early by dogs barking and people yelling.
