### Global Style Loft in Marina Del Rey 20 Blocks to the Beach

\*\*We only book the 1st of the month to the 1st.\*\*  
  
Celebrate California's indoor-outdoor lifestyle in this sun-filled, newly renovated guesthouse, designed by and HGTV celebrity. Marking out the interior are bright blue accents, offset with ceramics, basket ware, and a stone-surround fireplace.  
  
Please note that there is no A/C in the bungalow. It is few miles from the Pacific Ocean (which makes the air cool) and there are ceiling fans in all rooms.  
  
The space  
This was a PLUS listing before Los Angeles made us take down and put up this new (same) listing because we hosted over 30 days per month. Please check out our hundreds of 5 star reviews.  
  
Please note because Los Angeles only allows 30 day or more stays, our stays are from the 1st to the 1st to the 1st.  
Guest access  
The entire bungalow and front yard are exclusively for the guest.
