Great spot if you’re looking for a quick trip to Long Beach. Manager and staff were very kind and helpful. They were attentive to any questions we had. 7 min drive to the aquarium and other tourist spots.

We booked this property for one night, the night before our cruise. Everything else in the area was easily twice the price. Our room was clean, and the price was excellent. We utilized Lyft several times and were picked up in moments. We walked to a corner store and we walked to breakfast in the morning, no issues, and you’re less than a block from a crosswalk Clean and safe room, a just fine location (especially for the cruise port). Don’t be expecting the Radisson, this is more of an old school roadside motel. I’d stay here again the night before a cruise!

You can clearly hear your next door neighbor talking. And my neighbor unfortunately keep on talking until 4am. Condition inside the room is poor. Handle of the bathroom is broken, some mold in the bathroom curtain(not much). Blanket is very thin, i would say no blanket. Just the flat sheets. Its good for summer maybe, but not for cold wheather when we were there(January). However, for the price, its ok. We just needed somewhere to sleep before travel early morning. There is also small fridge(and top frezer) and microwave. So its a plus. Overall is average rating.

The property is close to the cruise terminal which is why I booked. It’s a typical room for the cheap cost. However there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain which made me think twice about taking a shower. Staff was nice. There are permanent residence on the property and they had people coming and going all night long in the room above mine. They didn’t stop making a ton of noise till about 4am.

An okay place to stay at if you are just looking sleeping and showering. The property is in okay condition. The area surrounding the property is so so. The bathroom and towels could use more cleaning. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room amenities were adequate. I felt that the nightly rate of $125 was high considering the kind of property it is. There are some nice restaurants nearby. There's a gas station too.

I'm very appreciative to the owners and staff. They accommodated an early check-in for me after a very early morning of traveling and all I wanted to do was rest (vs. sitting at the airport until I could check-in.). The owner himself helped with lugging my suitcase up the stairs for me and even caught me on my way out to checkout and helped too!! The housekeeper was just the sweetest lady. My room was clean (bug-free) and included a fridge, microwave, AC, TV (of course). I don't need nor required anything fancy just clean and a place to rest. If I'm in the area again I would definitely stay once more.

Absolutely the worst experience. The room was dirty, towels were dirty, a lot of sour flies and a few roaches was in the room. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional!!! Banging on the door telling me “ 1 hour to go before check out time”. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!!!

My little sister and I stayed here for a week in September 2023. This is definitely one of the nicer motels in the Long Beach area. I felt safe, the room was very clean, smelled normal, no insects, and it was larger than the more expensive hotel I stayed at the week prior. There was also a microwave, which I appreciated. The location is convenient since it is right on the Pacific Coast Highway and is close to highways. There is also a bunch of restaurants and fast food options within walking distance. It appears to be a family business and they are certainly on top of things. I give their customer service a 10/10, and also would like to note that parking was easy regardless of the hour And I felt secure leaving items in the car when I had to. Aside from the street traffic (semi-trucks), the place was calm and welcoming. In regard to safety, I appreciate the obvious surveillance cameras and lighting on site, and I like that it feels family friendly. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family, and I would definitely stay here again.

It’s pretty good and convenient, has a lot of fast food restaurants nearby and a gas station. The rooms has a lot of space, shampoo and soap smells really good not like regular motel and has a dispenser machine for soda and snacks 👍👍

The manager really went out of his way to make sure that our accommodations were to our liking, and that all our needs were met. There's a wide variety of food to eat within walking distance. You can be at the Pike in less than 10 minutes. I think I got great value for my dollar staying here, and would reccomend it to anyone.

For $122 for one night, I was hoping for a comforter that didn’t have holes torn in it. I was also hoping my bathroom wouldn’t have bugs on the ceiling. Overall just not a clean room. The area itself is fine, but unless you are looking for just a place to sleep, I wouldn’t suggest this property.

The. Bed is comfortable and it is clean.the room has seen rough use and has a bad paint job. Repairs tobthe room are sloppy. There is a lot of traffic noise from the Pacific Coast Hwy and sounds from the neighboring rooms are heard muffked through the walls.

This location is like a diamond in the rough. The service was great and it's located on the west side of Long Beach. It was very convenient to have several food establishments which were close by. I always make an effort to stay here. It's like a home away from home.
