The freeway, easily accessible, will get you to Downtown Los Angeles in only fifteen minutes. The bright and airy living area is furnished with a plush sofa/futon, sofa chair, ceiling fan, bookshelf filled with titles, and a Smart TV. It also features a dining table that seats up to four people. The kitchen is completely equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a practical butcher block countertop. All kitchenware is provided, making cooking at home a delightful experience. The bedroom features all the essentials for a restful night of sleep; a queen-size bed with luxurious linens and pillows, a ceiling fan, and A/C. With its large window, the room has abundant natural light creating a bright and lovely ambiance. The modern bathroom, accessible by the bedroom, has a tub/shower combination. The basic things you need are there. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, a bedroom and parking. This property is not fancy. The location is close enough to Colorado Blvd to walk. It’s Very close to the Rose Bowl. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything works. The bathroom has great hot water, a bathtub and storage. In the bedroom there is a closet and a dresser.
