This cozy home is located in a PERFECT location for all major attractions. Sitting right on Ocean Boulevard, a 5-minute walk to the convention center and 8 minute walk to the Aquarium of the Pacific. Coffee shops, or delicious eateries, shops, and the nightlife (clubs) within a skip and a hop. Bluff Park is a short drive away where free Yoga on The Bluff is offered twice daily! Join the festivals at The Queen Mary; a mile away! The space Being centrally located makes our place an ideal accommodation for professionals, families and travelers. Walking distance to; Long Beach Convention Center - 5 min walk (1 min drive) Aquarium of the Pacific - 8 min walk (4 min drive) Catalina Express Port - 9 min walk (3 min drive) Driving distance to; Downtown LA - 37 min Hollywood - 1 hr Long Beach Airport - 15 min LAX - 37 min Disneyland - 29 min BEDROOM- Can sleep 2, has a queen size comfortable mattress. LIVING ROOM - 1 twin trundle ( 2 beds ) KITCHEN - Fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, microwave, coffee maker; blender, dishes, cups etc. BATHROOM - Located in the hallway 1 full bathroom shower/tub PARKING - There is no assigned parking.
