Just steps from the sandy beaches of the Sea of Cortez, this beautifully furnished villa is located in the highly sought-after Agua Viva neighborhood of Loreto Bay, at the heart of Loreto Bay National Marine Park. You'll be within walking distance of the powder-soft sands of the beach, as well as the golf course, pools, coffee shops, art gallery, spas, bodegas, pharmacy, and numerous wonderful restaurants, including the acclaimed Gastroteca Azul—just a 2-minute stroll across the paseo! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for couples and sleeps up to 4 guests with separate sleeping quarters upstairs and downstairs for added privacy.
