She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! "I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel and it’s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find I would’ve done better if I had prepared for a year."

"We really enjoyed our time here, it's a great base to explore Bariloche and especially Circuito Chico. The breakfast is great and the owners are so nice and friendly. We spoke to the owner about his family history, being descended from Lewis Jones, the founder of the Welsh colony in Argentina. The Welsh tea (Te Gales) was a great taste of home for us two Welshmen staying there. Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful posada. "
