« This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value. »

« The house is beautifully redone. Love the tin ceiling accents and coffee options included. The laundry room with nice washer and dryer were super helpful on a family trip. Plenty of blankets, sheets, etc. also plenty of dishes to cook a family meal. The neighborhood is quiet and so peaceful. Would stay again. »

« We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too! »

« We were using this weekend away to relax with extended family and really enjoyed our stay. All of the furniture was comfortable, and house had everything we needed. There were toys that entertained our two-year-old, large TV's with sound systems that the teenagers loved and a pool that was clean and everyone enjoyed. Ryan was a great host and checked with us on a few different times to make sure everything was going well. »

« The place is immaculate and beautiful designed. The yard is fenced in, which is great for my dog — but the next door neighbor has a dog (which is very sweet), so we kept my dog on a leash. Just a heads up if you have dogs who don't necessarily love other dogs. I used to live in this neighborhood and it's a great place for walks and a park nearby if you have a kiddo. Definitely recommend staying here! »

« We were dreading the hectic of graduation weekend, but really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Carol's. We grilled in the lovely back yard. We so appreciated the quiet of the cute neighborhood that was so close to campus. The bakery down the street has AMAZING cookies. »
