Long's Garden

J’ai occupée la chambre 666. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche le soir, ni le matin, et la chasse d’eau fonctionnait très mal. Sinon, chambre confortable, propre, très belle salle de sports, établissement bien placé à deux pas de la 16St. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas aussi varié quand dans d’autres établissements de la chaîne

Property was not well maintained considering that it’s a “new” hotel. Dirty hallway carpets, chips in the bathroom molding, huge holes in the wall on the gym level. The front desk was not particularly friendly upon arrival and the drivers for the town car seemed inconvenienced. When pulling the bed long down, the fitted sheet came off revealing a nasty bed protector. Also, no pool/hot tub. The rooftop restaurant was nice. We’ve stayed at other Kimpton hotels and this one did not seem up to snuff with other properties.

Excellent accueil, maison de charme, petit dejeuner raffiné.
