The property has a beautiful view. As it was off season there was no breakfast available.
The room is clean but dated and could use updating. Quality of workmanship, like painting without care is evident. Ok for a couple nights for a Cabot Trail base, but for the price, I think it was too much.

No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.
