« On nous a donné un chambre indigne, la 101 , pas du tout comme le reste de l'hôtel, sous prétexte que l on avait payé moins cher en réservant avec l application Hôtels.com !!! Nous nous sommes plaints et on nous l a explicitement dit !!! Incroyable. Chambre détériorée, revêtement de sol qui se décolle dans la salle de bain, face à l escalier que tout le monde prend et qui reste allumé toute la nuit...Et que dire du bruit de la centrale de chauffage attenant !!! »

« We come to Westport every year for the Mermaid Festival. This was our first time staying at the Marina Cottages as our usual place shut down. The location is excellent. Its just around the corner from downtown Westport with all of its shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the ease of check-in and check-out and loved watching the seals play in the marina. They're always there so its easy to spot at least one! The layout of the cottages is a bit unusual, the bed (not comfortable at all) is stuffed...

« This property had large mold growing along the wall. By the curtains and mold growing above the bathroom sink. Thank you so much. Spoke to the manager manager stated that it's a very old building and all the rooms have mold in it. The receptionist was very rude. You can tell she had a problem that my husband was a black man. She was listening to politics when we walked in. Didn't bother to shut it off.After a comment was made had an attitude.When you asked for help. »
