"Clean room, close to food, beach, and other activities. Its quiet and a good place to relax. A/C would have been nice but still doable with the window open and a fan. Housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again!"
Chautauqua Resort & Conference Center

"The room door was barely secure, it would push slightly open when just leaning on it. You could see through the crack on both sides of the door. No air conditioning, stayed on the 3rd floor and just about cancelled the reservation after these two things, but I did stay 2 days. The view was beautiful and priceless. Didn't really deal much with the front desk, it seems to be very busy."

"If you are not a pet person, this is not the place to stay. Too many dogs, too much extra noise. Ask for a backside room. Front rooms are noisy and you can't leave your curtains or window open. Parked cars a three feet away."

"Beautiful, well furnished, and extremely clean. Very spacious. Note that the ocean view is limited as you are on the first floor and the dunes and boardwalk do block most of the ocean. You an easily walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as downtown. The owner was extremely communicative and wonderful to work with. Great location and the cleanliness was excellent! (One of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at)"

"Great spot. The host has thought through so much and provided everything you need for a great beach vacation. Wonderful accomodations for your dog. Just far enough off the beach to provide privacy and a great view of the wildlife."
