Two older couples hanging out in Long Beach for 4-5 days. With the listing picture, we thought it was right next to the Arch. It is not. That was not the building. Therefore, our plan of parking the car & walking to town to eat etc didn't work, due to some mobility issues of walking to and from round trip approx 6 blocks. The boardwalk, nature & view from the house was nice. Communication with the host was responsive. Except after we found an issue in the house, there was no follow up to have the cleaner address the issue while we were there. So we dealt with the issue for a couple of days, without any further follow up from the host during or after our visit, which was a surprise bcuz the host was very responsive up to this point. The other issue, the host is aware of however unable to do anything about it. That's the lock getting into the house. Extremely difficult but without changing all locks thru out the complex, there is nothing that can be done. Would we stay again, yes. . ##### Roberta E.
