"My husband I greatly enjoyed our get away at Avista Resort! We three employees we would like to compliment, Maurice he was very helpful at 12 or 1 am one night when I TV would not work, he came up and reprogrammed it and showed us how to navigate it. Very friendly and professional. Bryan was the first employee that we came across when we arrived. He assisted the whole process of getting our luggage out. He offered to help take it upstairs so our room very friendly very helpful. Gave us a lot of useful information. there was also another employee we cannot remember her name. She was very tall African-American maybe Dominican lady she had a Dominican accent super super super nice lady. she helped us put our luggage in our car when we left, and she also helped us one time and we were coming back from an event. She was helping us with some stuff getting into our room and on the elevator, she helped assist us with getting towels and washcloths, very friendly, smiling very professional "

"We love the design of this resort which has generously sized rooms and balconies. The property is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and professional - and are very responsive to questions and needs. Kitchen space is very convenient. The free breakfast is excellent with a hot breakfast buffet, in additional to continental breakfast choices. We love the walkable neighborhood and the proximity to a small shopping area. "

"I stayed at the links with my sons for their birthday weekend. It was such a great experience. I arrived at the property and spoke with the representatives at the front desk. They were very warm and welcoming, and I really do appreciate that we were able to relate on some topics while having a brief discussion. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, it was quite amazing. I really did enjoy the access to the indoor and outdoor pool. Now onto the not so good part, I did not like that the maintenance people were hovering over my children as if they were not allowed to be there it made them feel very uncomfortable, and it made them feel as though they were being watched. I also did not think, the room that we stayed in was clean I did, however, clean it myself, but there were pieces of hair, some trash, and some leftover food on the floor that could have just been simply overlooked. I did not like that the head manager of Cleaning was yelling at one of her employees in front of the rest of the employees , I work in HR that’s a big no-no ! I did not check in or check out time. I felt like it was extremely late and way too early, however, the timeframe that was set is what the timeframe is. I really just tried to maneuver around that. I made sure to leave the property cleaner than what I found it, and that was done naturally, of course. Overall, I would book this place again and again, and I will also share it with my family and friends and my followers. "
