"The AmericInn was wonderful. We head to Spring Green every year to American Players Theater. We’d never stayed at this place before and are glad we tried it. The pool was great; salt water pool so no chlorine. Heated perfectly. Breakfast similar to other hotels but not overcooked eggs or sausage. Rooms had been renovated. Newer beds and very comfortable. Kim was at the front desk and also did the breakfast. She made everyone feel like they were home. Engaging and nice. Will defiantly go back next year for our annual 3-night stay."

"Is the manager and staff are very nice and helpful. I love the very unique decorating. The indoor outdoor pool is nice and not freezing cold like a lot of places. If you come here, you have to check out the plane in the yard.And the games upstairs. The pool table is very old, but it still works just fine. Plus there is a ping pong table and foozeball. Love this place."

"We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was the perfect location to explore the area - Frank Lloyd Wright, American Players Theater, natural beauty, etc. The surrounds of the home are stunning with views of the valley and wildflower fields throughout the property and the inside of the home is cozy and comfortable. I was looking for a cute and cozy home with at least one bedroom on the main floor to accommodate members of my party with mobility issues, and this home was perfect. It's all on one floor and there's not even a step up to the front door. The main bedroom has a walk in shower which is an added bonus. If I'm staying in the area again I will definitely be back here!!"

Private Isle-side, Waterfront Retreat with Stunning Views/Pet Friendly

"We really enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed kayaking on lake and looking for turtles from the deck in the evenings. There was plenty of comfortable deck furniture, and my mother even had me look into ordering the lower patio lounge chairs for her at home. The kitchen had everything we need for meals. The ping pong table and games were fun and I now have to get the monopoly deal card game for at home as well. The wall A/C unit worked great and even with temps in the 90s we all slept great. The bedding was very soft and there were a bunch of comfortable throws around the house if you ever got the chills. My brother's dog loved the place (city apartment dog) and enjoyed his first campfire. The beach just down the road at the campsite was nice as well and had life vests for borrowing. My uncle was jealous that he didn't come with when we told him about the larger fish we saw jumping in the lake. There were also plenty of birds if you like bird watching. We went to see House on the Rock, Taliesin (ages 8 only) and went tubing down the Wisconsin River (dogs need to be in canoes if using Wisconsin Riverside Resort). Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and even though there are neighbors, we couldn't see (trees) or hear anyone else from the deck and so it felt very private."

Pine Ridge Motel

"The motel is a little old achool but I really liked that about it. The room was very clean and the bed and chair were very comfortable. The owners were very polite as well. It was very quite also, I would definitely stay there again."

Stunning, serene, rustic house in the woods near Spring Green, Wisconsin

"We came here to get away from Chicago fireworks over the 4th. While it was definitely quieter than the City, we did hear fireworks on the 3rd and 4th in the distance. It’s a cute space, but not exactly what I was expecting. Everything is just a little more weathered and aged than in the photos.The driveway is shared for the a house that sits on the top of the hill that this house is next to - only saw a car drive by a few times - so not exactly heavy traffic.Only 25 mins from Governor Dodge State Park which was great. It was extremely hot while we stayed (104*), but the AC and big ceiling fan did an amazing job."

"Very clean and quite room. Furniture is a bit worn form years of guest but the bed was super comfortable and clean. We weren't there to hang out at the hotel it was just a place to crash at night so it was perfect for our needs. The breakfast in the morning was more than expected with warm waffles and many choices of pasties. I would stay there again if I need a place to sleep in the area."
