"We pre checked in a 12 noon and returned at 1630 to be advised the room was still not ready we had to back out at 1830 we finally got the keys after 1730 which gave us less time than we really needed When we got in the room the tv was not working I have stayed here over the past few years at least ..."

"The only downside is the closest tube station isn't that close and the ones that are the closest have really minimal weekend hours... so getting back and forth to Covent Garden ( where we spent a lot of time and saw shows) it wasnt the easiest commute."
