The staff are exceptionally rude, the room is tired and falling apart (mirror in bathroom was hanging off), inconsistent treatment by the managers. Crazily noisy, fridge, air con, lifts and if it rains, a puddle forms in the central cavity of the hotel creating a crazy amount of noise. Plus the dilapidated windows dont close Booked a late checkout but called when normal checkout came around and then hung up on when i explained. Let me store my bike with concierge over night but then challenged my entry into the hotel withba bike the following morning

The hotel and staff were amazing. The bartender, Valentine, was probably the best we’ve ever seen. Our only complaint was that every day, at least one or two of the three elevators weren’t working. Long wait times to catch an elevator.

Our time at RHR was amazing! My daughter and I spent 4 nights there! Convenient and close to EVERYTHING! We loved it! And we had afternoon tea there and it was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful!

Perfect. The staff was frendly, knowlegable, and helpful. Room was large and very clean. Both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were exceptional. Taxis always available but often not needed since the hotel is in such a great location.

Rotal Horseguards Hotel i very nice. Easy walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abby, the London Eye, lots of pubs and souvenir shops. Very close to Trafalgar Square and museum. I have stayed here before and will again. The staff is wonderful.

Reception staff were rude. It took an hour to check in, as rooms were not Twin rooms. Even though I had telephoned reception 2 weeks earlier to check names and re check our Twin rooms booking. After a major discussion with 3 reception staff eventually and thankfully the Manager got us sorted. But it was a very disappointing attitude from reception staff.

Beautiful hotel, walkable distance to Embankment train station, The Eye, Big Ben. Comfortable room, loves the towel warmers in bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfast and so much more. Did t see the gym but should have!

The location on the Thames was terrific, it is close to many of the things we wanted to visit, to assorted restaurants, shops, and the underground. The staff was polite, considerate and accommodating. The food was excellent, and we recommend the tea. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for us. Beautiful hotel. The only complaint was that we had 3 guests in the room and the property did not offer many options for a third guest. We had a very, very small, uncomfortable rolling bed for a third adult which was disappointing as we paid extra for a third person.

The hotel is perfect in every respect. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The breakfast buffet was great as was the afternoon tea. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

Fabulous property at the heart of it all, room was well appointed and very comfortable. A rollaway bed was already put in the room and I appreciated the fridge with a few goodies (although we booked with another room, and his fridge had wine beer and more goodies, still, the water and popcorn were appreciated) would highly recommend!
