I stayed at the Eaton Townhouse the night before the London landmarks half marathon, the hotel was conveniently located, a short walk from Victoria station. The facilities were clean, comfy & tidy. There is a Sainsbury's close by for any forgotten essentials. The hotel also allowed me to return post race to use a room to shower and change ahead of my train journey home. I will definitely be staying again and will be recommending to friends & family.

It was a lovely room but on the top floor up 3 flights of stairs it was hard with crutches to get up there and there was alot of road works outside so very noisy allnight with a generator going and work going on. If wedve known before hand we might’ve booked somehwere else. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy would stay again if there wasn’t roadworks going on and maybe request a lower floor

Average is the best I can say about this location. The amenities of the room were basic at best. You have to also check in at another property location so we had to keep walking back and forth which was kind of a pain. The room was next to a busy and loud street. We also had another guest pounding on the door several times at 3:00 a.m. and then leave and then come back and went to the room above us and was moving around non-stop for the next several hours so we barely got any sleep. It was an extremely basic room for the price.

We did stay in the Town Houses. We were transferred to the main hotel Beverly. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. We got help with our bags when we checked in but had to deal with our bags by ourselves the next morning. The room was small but clean. There was a floor fan in the room to aid the under sized A/C unit. Staff was pleasant. The town house pictures looked like the room was bigger than what we got, but can’t say for sure.

Room was very nice and well appointed. Just the job! The AC needs looking at and servicing as it wasn't cooling properly as a unit like that should in a room of that size.

Great place (it is small but does the job) in a great location! Walking distance to major attractions such as Buckingham palace and Westminster Abbey. The A/C was amazing in the heat of the summer!!

Just pray you have someone quiet in the room above you. I had idiots who were jumping up and down until 2am and opening and slamming the door shut. I didn't get an ounce of sleep!

Closed distance to Victoria Coach Station. Good size private clean bathroom. Our room was in the basement, narrow stairway, but had a window and clear signs for fire escape in case there was a fire.
When I arrived I had to wait for several minutes whilst the painters & decorators moved their paint pots etc to allow me to get in. Then I had to make my way up 3 flights of narrow stairs with a 20kg suitcase without touching the wet paint. The smell of paint pervaded the whole place. When I left at 09.00am the painters were back on the property - same story in reverse. I paid over £200 for this experience! Absolutely unacceptable and if they don't refund in full then good luck to them.

The room was very, very small. The door to the room could not be opened completely as it hit the night stand next to the bed when you entered the room. There was not enough room to lay out two suitcases. You could reach up and easily touch the ceiling. We felt claustrophobic in the room to the point where we dreaded going back to it in the evening. The picture of the room is deceiving as our room was not nearly as large as the picture might make it seem to be. It was on the bottom floor, below street level and the only exit in case of an emergency was a fire door that led to a patio that had no exit.

The hotel is in a great location. We chose it to be near Victoria Station. Nice area, walkable if wanted to parks or the river. Room just what was needed. You don't stay in your room when in London, only sleep. Would recommend.

nice location, beware of many stairs up the 2nd level, but otherwise quiet, and safe. Construction going on next door in the morning while we were there (end September 2021), and the room is very very small (two twin beds).

No idea what the Eaton Townhouse was like. I arrived, there was a notice on the door telling me to go the Berkeley Hotel to check in. Walked the half mile to find it closed with a notice to go to the Holiday Inn Express a further half mile down the road. I made my feelings known and was told that I would be upgraded to the Holiday Inn Express. Put in a room on the 4th floor, lift out of order so had to climb the stairs. Room tiny and too hot. Very poor nights sleep. Woke to find no cups for a cup of tea. Picked the Eaton Townhouse because it was close to where I needed to be. Ended up a mile away.

The hotel was great for a number of reasons, the location was in between Chelsea and Westminster so it was walking distance to many sites and the neighbourhood was very pleasent with many cafes and shops. The room and toilet was very clean and comfortable and very good value, there wasn't much else but the bed however there was a chair to sit on and a kettle with tea etc.

We arrived at the sister hotel to check in Really late in the evening and they could not find my reservation. They even gave me the reg form for the wrong reservation until I checked the last name and saw that it was incorrect. One night we called because we forgot the code for the door and they ask to confirme the name and room before giving the code over the phone and surprise surprise they could not find my name with the room. apparently they had assigned us to the wrong room, which resulted in us not have our room cleaned that day. Upon check out the lady still had us on the wrong room because because she could not find the room we were to check us out. Cleaning was not not good proper toilet had black stuff around the inside and tea cup had water marks and powder as if they had not even bother to clean them. Apart from all room is good size for London and good location. Would definitely not stay again.
