Located on the third floor, this first-class studio features a cozy double bed, a sleek walk-in shower, and an open-plan kitchen and living area designed with modern, minimalist decor.  
  
The all-white kitchen cabinetry complements the clean lines and is equipped with modern appliances for a convenient stay. The bright living area includes a comfy grey two-seater sofa with mustard yellow accent pillows that add warmth and a pop of color to the space. A round mirror and a contemporary glass dining table reflect the natural light that flows through the room, enhancing the spacious feel. The soft, upholstered bed with matching cushions completes the studio's calm, neutral palette, creating a chic, urban retreat.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.  
  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.  
  
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:  
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
