Equipped with Sofa and Lounge, Tea and Coffee making facilities and On-Suite bathroom. Communal Terrace also available for use. Double sofa bed also available to sleep up to 4 guests. 15-25 Minutes Away from the Most Visited Tourist Attractions in London City Centre. (London Eye, Big Ben/Westminster, Kings Cross, Madame Tussauds) Fabulous private Double Room with Lounge is situated directly opposite Kentish Town underground station and 10 minutes walk from vibrant Camden Town and stunning Hampstead Heath. It has excellent public transport connections and a great place to relax. \*Please note the room does not have a kitchen or cooking facilities. The living room is fabulous, light and airy. It is located directly opposite the station and in the mix of cafes, brasseries and boutiques. The apartment is situated above a coffee shop, you have access to the apartment from the rear entrance. There is a photograph of the steps so please be sure to check before booking, it is not suitable for disabled access. 1 double bed, private on suite bathroom and own entrance with shared terrace. The sofa bed can be made up to sleep 2 additional guests. We also have an additional apartment available for rent that sleeps 4 and a private twin studio, In case of group bookings the apartment plus service rooms can accommodate groups of up to 10. Please note that the terrace is public! If you make the reservation for 2 guests but you would like both beds to be prepared, you must let us know in advance. The flat has access to a communal terrace! The terrace has 2 cameras - 1 is on top of the entrance door to fix people coming in and out of the building, the 2nd one is on the right side of the wall while looking at the entrance covering the terrace itself. It's very Cosy and comfortable for two. The heat made it almost unbearable but a fan was provided and it made sleeping possible. Jul 6, 2023 Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy #### Too much expensive compared to the flat's conditions The location is very nice, but the flat isn't up to par: there's a boiler in the main room/bedroom, which is not very safe; the bathroom was invaded by ants; the shower's doors were leaning against the wall in the main room/bedroom because they hadn't been put up yet and we had to ask the flat's manager to move them somewhere else; only one window in the bedroom had blackout curtains, while the other one hadn't; the windows hadn't double glazing, which makes the flat extremely noisy since it overlooks a busy road; when we arrived we had to wait 30 more minutes in the hot weather for the second bed to be made up, because the flat's manager didn't read that the reservation was for a couple with two kids; before our arrival, the person who runs the vrbo's account told me to contact the flat's manager in order to set up an earlier and "flexible" check-in time, without mentioning any extra costs for that, but the flat's manager wrote me that we had to pay 10 extra pounds per hour if we wanted an earlier check-in (which is rather incredible considering the flat's cost for just two nights). One may be surprised and, honestly, disappointed by the entry to the flat which is via a back alley. Friendly welcome by Giovanni, but be prepared to be asked for a copy of your photo ID. The flat was reasonably clean. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and some dishes and cutlery available in the flat. Having said this, there were no cleaning supplies and no toiletry supplies either. There was only a single set of keys provided which was inconvenient as there were three people in our party, with different schedules which we then had to coordinate. In all fairness, the owner did make an attempt to provide a second set in exchange for a 35 GBP deposit fee but we were unable to connect due to scheduling conflicts. ##### Cristina S. There are tube and railway station plus bus stops in vicinity, many shops, restaurants, pubs etc. in close walking distance. Apartment was clean, warm, welcoming. Heater worked properly so both room temperature and hot water in shower were comforting. Though some improvement might be appropriate: TV set, some silverware, may be a countertop with the sink in room might produce a big difference. A pied ou en métro, facile d'aller prendre un verre dans un pub typique. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants, adolescents, sans nous marcher dessus.
