The space
Charming super spacious flat in very trendy and upscale area, with a super large double living-room/dining room, 3 meters high ceiling and big windows, modern furnishing in a period flat.

It is equipped to the max:
A huge book library!
Kitchen: rice cooker/steamer, blender, toaster and thousands kitchen stuffs
Living-room: small TV, loads of books including for cooking, in english and french, office desk with laptop ready big screen station, fast wifi etc.
Kids: baby-proof, fully Baby/toddler equipped as above.

That also means it is not a minimalist rental flat but a functional full-timehome with all that comes with it, including some wear and tear on the carpet and around!

Bedrooms: one super king size bed in main bedroom and additional single floor mattress if needed; one futon single bed + a full-size baby/toddler bed in the other bedroom.

Other things to note
Camera facing entrance door and main living room window, will be switched off after guests check-in.

The Tv on the living room picture was broken and replaced by a smaller size TV.

There is a working station (screen / desk) by the living room table for your use.

First floor with no lift, but rather easy carpeted walk up (I used to do it alone easily with a yo-yo stroller, harder to do alone if you have a big stroller…)
