Appalling service

Even though the booking makes it clear that check in is possible until midnight, these guys send you at 8.16pm on the day of the booking instructions mentioning that late check in is only possible if you let them know before...7pm!! Then when you try to call to sort things out, no one answers. And they will take no responsibility at all for literally letting you down in the middle of London with no room for your night.

Séjour à Londres de 5 jours

Appartement dans un quartier tranquille avec de petites épiceries super pratique et des commerces à proximité. Le canapé lit fait le ventre préférable pour les couples, les enfants irons dans la chambre, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et à même un petit lave vaisselle très pratique.Il est desservis par la ligne de bus 38 qui vous conduira dans le centre, sinon vous trouverez facilement un taxi. Concernant Londres nous avons sommes arrivés le samedi vers 15h, rien de prévu, le tour du quartier puis les courses. Le dimanche visite avec les big bus super pratique pour se repérer et tous visiter rapidement on peut descendre et monter toute la journée. Le lundi Mme thussaud c'est génial pour tous le monde l'attraction de sherlock Holmes en supplément à 5£/pers est à faire que si vous comprenez tres bien l'anglais. Le mardi la tour de londres c est super intéressant compter bien 4 à 5h pour tous voir les audio guides sont super bien fait cela vaut vraiment le coût 6£/pers mais 14£/famille jusqu'à 5 pers, on peut se restaurer sur place. Le mercredi la relève de la garde à buckingam palace consultez les horaires et venez tôt. Le jeudi matin départ par gatwick mais nous avions réservé une nuit proche de l'aéroport. Le reste du temps balades shopping et musées qui sont tous gratuit.
