I need to complain Hotel.com, not the hotel owner concerned. Only arriving late night to check in, was I told by the owner that his hotel had been closed for a long while because of covid and thus no business. The owner Jeff didn’t understand why hotel.com still accepted my booking and confirmed it. I don’t understand either. The owner was nice enough to prepare the room for me and I was waiting in the cold for half an hour. Yet the room wasn’t really well set up for guests and therefore offered terrible experience for me. Please kindly look into your system and integrity of running hotel booking!!!

Manager Jeff was waiting for when I arrived at night. I was happy to check in, he offered tea or coffee. Near airport for good price stayed overnight. Clean towels, hot water in shower, comfortable bed.

#### Total joke.

I booked the room for my friends traveling by car from Poland. When they arrived (within time specified by the hotel) there was nobody to let them in, just a card on a doorstep with a phone number. I called the manager and was told to wait a few hours as he had something unexpected to attend to. As my friends were tired I took them to another hotel and requested a refund from this one. Manager refused the refund as we shall wait for him! Total joke, stay away.

Bed extremely uncomfortable,Bathroom cold and dirty with tiles of the wall and mould growing all around no plug in basin,and an open hole in the wall where a vent use to be.

#### Close to airport travelled alone

A small converted semi. I had car and due to return next day. I had ground floor facing a pretty busy road. Planes departing overhead. Dated and bathroom was worn but was cheapest and that suited me. Not one for for the girls Manager was very helpful and obliging.
