Excellent transports make it easy to explore the city’s attractions, hubs, and dining scenes. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this cozy flat is the perfect base to experience London! NOTE: Please be aware that this building does not have a lift and the flat is located on the second floor, accessible via two flights of stairs. It may not be suitable for individuals who are unable to use stairs or have limited mobility. The kitchen is shared. ADDITIONAL RULES: I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules: • Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150 • Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited • Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay: 1\. £500 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay. 2\.
