Situated on the ground floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 10 m² room is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquillity while staying close to London. The room is equipped with a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and a desk. It is also secured with an integrated lock for your peace of mind. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, for you to cook delicious meals. This room has access to two shared bathrooms with showers and one shared WC. The bathrooms contain all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note that the kitchen and bathrooms are shared, as this is a private room within a four-bedroom flat. If you book all four rooms, you'll have the entire flat to yourself. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the room and common areas! I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. North Finchley, located in the London Borough of Barnet, offers a charming blend of suburban tranquillity and urban convenience. Tourists will find a lively high street with an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants, perfect for a leisurely day out. The area boasts cultural spots like the Arts Depot, a modern venue for performances and exhibitions. With its easy access to central London via public transport, North Finchley serves as an ideal base for exploring the city while enjoying a more relaxed, community-focused atmosphere. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Woodside Park, is just a 15-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Air doesn’t circulate, no air condition, no fans. The rooms are like a small box sauna and it was noisy all day and night, you could hear everything outside, street movements, car, motorcycles; people working on the streets. This place is not as describe at all. We felt unsecured. Not safe at all.
