Idea Location

Pros: Location.
Cons: n/a
Location: It's close to Parliament, the London Eye and Thames attractions.
Check in was easy and ro0m ready and as advertised.

Nice clean hotel, comfortable, close to amenities

Hotel staff upon reservation was excellent, very polite friendly and professional. Room was clean and modern. Carpets a little old but very comfortable bed. The only dislike was a knock on my door at 9am by the cleaner which woke me up. When I answered she couldn't speak English. Check out wasn't until 12 so was a little annoyed at being disturbed. Otherwise a good nights sleep.

Excellent room and location

Pros: The location and room view
Location: Lots to do and see nearby
My husband and I had a one night stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room of the London eye was amazing. We stayed in an executive studio which had everything we needed. And tubes stations and local attractions all within walking distance.

Bon hotel bien placé

Pros: Le tout, l'emplacement et les petits déjeuners, la gentillesse des concierges.
Cons: Bien que nous ne regardons pas la TV, il pourrait y avoir une autre chaine française que TV5 Monde... Il y a France 24, France Info...
Location: Quartier super. Voir Westminster et la National Gallery, et les parcs.
Surpris par le confort de la chambre, avec un premier salon, un corridor cuisine / salle de bains, et la chambre elle même. Une fenêtre sur le rue et l'autre hotel Park Plaza. Tout est disponible et bien pensé.

Supert hotell!

Pros: Ligger rimelig sentralt til. Kun ca 150 NOK med taxi til Oxford street. Trivelige ansatte og et generelt fint hotell.
Cons: Litt liten restaurant på hotellet. Det var også der frokosten ble avholdt, og dette skapet dermed en god del kø.
Location: Anbefaler å prøve restauranten son ligger i county hall, Gillrays steakhouse and bar. Denne ligger like ved hotellet. Litt dyrt men verdt alle pengene

Great location so close to the London eye. However staff did not make me and my partner feel welcomed as a conversation infront of us whispering made us both feel very uncomfortable.. which it was his birthday and for him to feel like that it was not appropriate at all.

Cons: 浴室洗面盤有裂縫,看似殘舊; 大堂沙發處有強烈異味,入住期間分別於兩日不同時間均能嗅到相同異味。

Position in centrum

The best I would say about this hotel is that is in really good position to centrum. The room was ok, just need upgrade of bathroom.

Bed sheets and room temperature are terrible.

Pros: Location. Only that. Nothing else really. .
Cons: Not a nice experience. Bed sheets were awful and room temperature completely disgusting w/o being able to control it. Front desk personal completed the bad experience. Not going back nor sending anyone from the company.

Good location, tiny hot room.

The hotel is in a great location for tourists- london eye is a quick walk, close to Big Ben & Jubilee bridge- a longer walk to Trafalgar square, but manageable for active people. 1 issue with the room- it was unseasonably hot in april when we were there- in the 80's and the room was hot. There is air conditioning, but it works if you leave a key in the slot in the room- but housekeeping takes the key out and when you return to the room it's HOT. We had a room for 4 of us- 2 adults and 2 kids and it was tight- but not surprising for the location. Although the bathroom door didn't close well- a glass slider. It was clean and the little cafe downstairs was nice. There's a laundry room, but it wasn't especially easy to figure out the pay machines. The desk staff got a little flustered doing the math on the tourist tickets they sold us- for the double decker hop on/off tour and couldn't properly explain how it worked and figure out the costs, so a little challenging there. Breakfast buffet was chaotic- and they often ran out of stuff during the busy time. Also, not much in the way of nightlife in this part of London, so if you're going for that, pick another location!
