 1\. £500 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.  
 2\. A £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through a STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.
