A convenient stay for travel out of Heathrow airport. External building noise (e.g. low flying aeroplanes) was surprisingly quiet but fellow travellers inside the building were loud and inconsiderate throughout the night.

My room had a fold out bed which I was unable to fold back into a sofa so it took up much room. The carpet looked as though someone had been sick on it recently and it had then been cloud because the puke stain was still there and the carpet felt wet so I avoided walking round barefoot. The plastic chair had burn marks. The food was pub grub but expensive at that. The staff were friendly and were made to wear sweatshirts saying ‘welcome home’. I do not have puke stains at home … top tip: don’t bother with the pricey hotel Joppa bus which takes ages to arrive. Pop round the corner and the 111 or 105 takes you to Heathrow central bus station for a mere 1.75.

Our stay here was brief, so I don't feel like I can give a fair evaluation. It was late when we checked in, we slept, and left by 6:30 a.m. I can say though that there was only one elevator working, it was slow, and they are small. The reception is on the second floor which we found odd.

It’s was a cheap stay, not worth for the price paid, one of the elevators didn’t work during the days of my stay and the working elevator was very tiny that could accommodate hardly 3 people at a time and most of the guests were using steps to get ride of long waiting. Though the hotel located in a remote area, there is a bus station at the front and train station in few miles away. Room is not sound proof and I could hear the sounds and talk from next room. I won’t stay again here.

Good hotel for spend a night , easy access from LHR. Not much to do around , dirty streets. I found only one reasonable restaurant nearby, Portuguese restaurant call Toca do Coelho, pleasant surprise.

The bed was very comfortable indeed! The room was a good size and the shower was very good. We loved the bar with the planes swooping overhead. The only downside was only 2 teabags but enough milk for 2 mugs of tea!

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay for Heathrow, you can get a shuttle bus easily from the Hotel. Planes almost land on the roof but you don't hear a thing because of the insulation! Only complaint was as a vegetarian the menu choice was limited to start with...then my preference (veggie curry) was unavailable, there were no pizzas, so I ended up having a couple of starters instead.

15 minute Hoppa ride. List of pizzas, non available. Nice .cheeseburger though. Had outside room with window. Nice view of planes coming into land from 6 am. Noisy then but inside rooms might be quieter. Staff efficient and friendly.

The only plus to this hotel is that it’s near the airport. I had the misfortune to encounter a rude night manager that had a real attitude problem. The rooms are very basic but was clean. Very creaky bed and the hotel was quite noisy due to the volume of people wanting cheap stays.

Many service providers do not accommodate early check in . Contact term is less than 24 hours therefore extra fees are charged but only upon arrival not explicitly explained to vendors nor end users . In the case of Accor their web app is crummy and works to further the group’s interests not the consumers and this is why I used your services
