About this space
This luxurious, modern, and spacious brand new walkout duplex unit has large windows allow ample sunlight, providing stunning views of the walking trail, pond, ravine, and the quiet neighborhood. The private backyard is an oasis with an all-season swim spa, offering a unique experience without neighboring properties. Guests can use the swim spa even during a snowy day as it is fully covered!
The space
This unit has a well-appointed kitchen with quartz countertops, an oversized island, a pot-filler, and sleek, slow-close cupboards for a modern touch. The open-concept living and dining space is complemented by 2 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms with shower rooms, laundry room and customized closets. The kitchen equipped with rice cooker, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and basic cooking essentials. All appliances are brand new, including a large Samsung family hub fridge with water dispenser. The home has water softener system that provides quality drinking water. The living room has 75 inch LG LED smart television with Netflix.

One bedroom boasts a modern king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a full-size bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The two full bathrooms are not attached to the rooms but are conveniently located nearby.
Guest access
Guest can enjoy the entire unit. The backyard of the home and parking area will be shared with owner.
-Please park at the right side of the driveway, and walk through the side passage to the private entrance of the unit.
- The keypad number will be shared with guest.
-No smoking in and outside of the property.
-Please respect the neighborhood and follow the quiet hours.
-Please use life jackets for small kids in swim spa(***not provided***).
-Please notify the owner when you are going to use the swim spa, so that it can be set up early and follow the time restriction (11am to 8pm).

Very good guest house
Our family stayed in this house for a couple of days. We liked everything. A clean house with everything we needed, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I would also like to mention the hottab and a very beautiful view of the lake from the backyard. The owners were always in touch if necessary. I recommend this guest house for a stay in London.
