This marvellous 50m2 apartment is located on the ground floor. Please note that the property is conveniently located near the subway, so occasional noise can be expected. The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area and a smart TV with access to live channels and streaming services to watch all your favourite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen has appliances, essential cooking utensils, and dishware to meet your culinary needs. The dining table comfortably seats four guests. Additionally, a washer is provided to meet your laundry requirements. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully adorned, and the beds are fitted with complimentary high-quality hotel linens. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Fulham is an upmarket residential area known for trendy shopping streets like King's Road and Fulham Road, which have chic boutiques, home-goods stores, and posh delis. The riverside Fulham Palace is a centuries-old former bishops' residence featuring architectural styles from Tudor to Georgian amid landscaped gardens. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Parsons Green, is just a 4-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We also found several thrift stores to wander through right down the street. Responses to questions were immediate. Had a few minor issues (figuring out washer) and door key/unlock, but let owners /managers know so they could further investigate (if any issues were real). Only issue was that one picture showed a couch, I asked if there was a couch and was told yes. There isn't a couch and picture appears to be photoshopped, so FYI, only 2 chairs in the living room. Also, bed sizes are different between US and EU and I didn't know that, so we had to adjust a bit for that. Once we figured out store to get the keys (finding email a bit difficult as had been traveling for over a week already), check in was easy as well as returning keys.
