Situated in Bayswater, on the edge of Notting Hill, the apartment enjoys one of West London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Bayswater is known for its grand white stucco terraces, leafy garden squares and close proximity to Kensington Gardens. Guests can stroll through the park towards Kensington Palace or enjoy boating and open green space in Hyde Park. Notting Hill is just moments away, famed for its colourful houses, Portobello Road Market and independent boutiques. The area is rich in cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs, including The Prince Edward and The Bayswater Arms in Bayswater, as well as The Churchill Arms and Gold in nearby Notting Hill. From relaxed brunch spots to vibrant dining experiences, the neighbourhood offers something for every taste.

Transport connections are excellent, making it easy to explore the rest of London. Bayswater Underground station provides access to the Circle and District lines, while Queensway station serves the Central line. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
