Understated elegance and eclectic interiors effortlessly combine on the ground floor to showcase this property’s unstinting design flair, starting in a drawing room that espouses relaxation with its velvet soft furnishings, soft accent lighting and marble fireplace. Eye-catching wall art and an antique piano bring an enlightened air to proceedings in the dining room, while a skylight skilfully draws natural light into the sweeping modern kitchen. Prefer your meals a touch al fresco? The kitchen also boasts direct access out to the verdant garden should you succumb to the lure of a lavish barbecue on a clement Clapham evening. There’s plenty of scope for entertaining inside too as you descend into a spacious open-plan basement living area which plays host to a further dining table piano, TV and PlayStation, as well as a vast play area for younger guests to let off steam.
