Welcome to Pembroke, a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of Kensington. Perfectly located just steps from the tranquil beauty of Holland Park and the lively High Street Kensington, this cozy rental offers a blend of peacefulness and city excitement. Explore nearby boutiques, dine at local restaurants, and enjoy convenient Tube access for seamless travel across London.  
  
The property entry and vestibule are shared by a small office below the apartment. Climb the stairs and enter the private door of Pembroke and be delighted with its bright and inviting space, featuring high ceilings, large windows, and serene, stylish décor. The open-plan living area boasts a comfy sofa and an elegant dining space, complemented by a fully equipped modern kitchen with rustic accents. Relax and unwind in the thoughtfully decorated bedroom, while the sleek bathroom and central air conditioning add modern comfort to your stay.  
  
A standout feature is the private garden patio – a rare gem in central London. Perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying a quiet evening, this outdoor space invites relaxation after a day of sightseeing.  
  
Immerse yourself in Kensington’s charm by strolling through Holland Park to the beautiful Kyoto Garden or visiting the renowned Design Museum nearby. With the Tube close at hand, you can easily explore Notting Hill, Chelsea, and London’s iconic landmarks. Whether you're discovering the city's treasures or enjoying the comforts of your private getaway, Pembroke promises a peaceful and memorable London stay.  
  
Things to Note:  
Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.  
  
There are 14 steps from the apartment entrance up to the living space.  
  
No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.  
  
Office hours: 9am to 5pm   
Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.  
  
Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time:10am   
  
Arrivals from 7pm-10pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a £75 late arrival fee, payable in cash to the local contact at the time you arrive. An alternative option for check in until 10pm is booking our local transportation company and receiving a greeting the following day.   
  
PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm. Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning. Please don’t hesitate to message us if you have any questions.
