Did the job

Cannot complain for the room rate I paid .Rack rate was also very reasonable. Staff polite and helpful. Room quiet but very plain and bed a littlel too hard for me. I would have paid another fiver for the buffet breakfast to be a little more extensive, but the coffee was good. All in all the best value I have had in a Central London hotel in years.

very good value

This hotel is a very good value for money - staff is very helpful, hotel is very clean even though building is old, and it is a great location - elevator is very good to have bec i was on the 4th floor - single room was small by American standards but it was all I needed - everything and everybody worked to make my stay an excellent and comfortable one, and they even have good morning coffee in the breakfast room !!
