Check-in & Optional Services To help protect our properties and community while ensuring a seamless guest experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Depending on your booking, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of our guest screening and protection process. Cleanliness \- Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. \- Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal. 5\. Pets \- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. \- Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. \- Pets must never be left unattended. \- If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces. It's the door to the right of the Balance Massage & Wellness. 2\.
