Diane was communicative and accommodating, even helping us with logistical info in the days leading up to our trip. The flat was clean, and stocked with all we needed. This lovely spacious apartment (3 levels) was perfect for our stay. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provided everyone with space and privacy. The beds are comfortable, the internet is fast and the kitchen has every amenity you may need. The location is ideal as it is a 5 minute walk to the tube station and shopping, restaurants and very close to parks and attractions. It was an easy tube ride from London Heathrow. Getting around to cafes and taxi/bus/train was very easy. We had a very nice stay and although there were 5 of us (2 couples and a college student), the house afforded everyone their own space.
