When you’re ready for some fun, you can take in the London vibes or bring the entertainment to you with the premium wireless speaker or smart TV. This duplex also offers in-duplex laundry. The area is compact and has a village feel, with Georgian squares where old-fashioned pubs sit alongside hip coffee shops and independent eateries. Fitzrovia houses many media organizations, such as the BBC, design offices, and architectural firms which come together to make up an innovative, creative area in which to live. The city’s major shopping hub, Oxford Street, is on your doorstep and three Underground stations are within walking distance: Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street, and Warren Street. Other things to note This Blueground duplex has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for a few months, a year, or more. Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees. Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building. We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured. A security deposit of £4600 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
