Comfortable UK Kingsize bed.- One bedroom flat for 32 guests... more at a squeeze.......- you choose! 3.additional sofabed ( 140 cm wide- double Uk) Clean Fresh linen quality linen 4\. Modern Bathroom 5\. Modern kitchen 6\. HOSTING WITH CARE 7.. IT LOOKS LIKE THE PHOTOS ( as of Mid Nov 23) Facts: Airy , Bright open plan living area with High Ceilings lower ground location, ULTRA SAFE. washing machine, separate dryer, dishwasher, kettle, full cooker. Elegant cutlery, nice utensils etc- The flat has everything We decorate at least twice a year as we use it ourselves. ADVERSE INFORMATION: 1\. It is 40sqm ----- Not 100 sq m not 200 not 300! 2\. The bedroom has a Blind and curtain- hence a bit darker - The reason behind it: Travel a lot, Can only sleep when its dark. You can wind them up if you wish 3.No pretentious descriptions here----- what you see is what you get. Good stuff 1.We will bring and leave outside the door cup cakes and pastries. 2.If you are staying for longer than 1 week we will be provide weekly housekeeping service and fresh linen and towels Weekly 3.. We will make sure that there will be flowers, fruit , toiletries, eggs, milk, mineral water, coffee, teas yoghurts and a bottle of wine ! 4..We will respond as soon as we can to all your needs ( It was bought for our eldest daughter when she was 16 !!! 16 years later All our 3 daughters have lived there at some moment individually ) . Re-available as of the Nov 2023 with a New Look.- We have lived in London for more than 41 years so, please do not hesitate to ask us for assistance. We will be delighted to help.
