A beautiful, modern, bright & spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed in the centre of London on the world famous Fleet Street.
Big Ben, The London Eye, London Aquarium & more are all less than 10 minutes away.
The apartment has everything you need for a great stay, as well as kitchen with everything you need should you wish to stay in one night

Blackfriars Station and City Thameslink are just a 5 minute walk away
In order to combat unsolicited parties and be kind neighbours we have a noise monitoring device in the apartment. This is a camera free device which you can find more about online by searching for Minut.
Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.

We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

Beaucoup trop bruyant

Appartement agréable en intérieur mais pas reposant du tout par rapport au bruit infernal quotidien des énormes machines dû à l’immense chantier se situant juste en face et durant tout notre séjour. PS: possibilité de vous envoyer une vidéo prise le 06/12/22 dès le lendemain de notre arrivée à 8H36 du matin….. Cordialement, V DER VARTANIAN

Looking forward to coming back!

Communication was fantastic. You will be where the action is. Easy walking distance to St. Pauls and multiple Underground stations. It is noisy- but as to be expected in this type of prime location in the big city. Bring earplugs if this bothers you. I'm a light sleeper, and I was fine.You can tell that this VRBO has many visitors, so it has some light wear and tear that comes with heavy usage. This is as expected- again, very nice flat in a prime location. Bathrooms and kitchen are gorgeous. Lots of storage. Very clean- we watched the cleaners finish mopping as we arrived a bit early. Generously sized main room. Bright and airy- lots of natural light throughout the apartment.Building is very interesting. Do some research into the address once you receive it- It was fun to learn about its history. Strong Wifi throughout the apartment. When I return to London, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for walking around the major sights of London. The flat had lots of room for everyone and was generally clean. However, all of the door handles were loose and ready to fall off. Shower doors are corroded. It could use a fresh coat of paint, a change of carpet on the stairs, more comfortable beds, and a couple more chairs in the living room. The cleaner had done the laundry from the last guests and left it out drying in the dining room and on radiators. A bit of TLC is needed to make this a great property. Easy check in. The host was quick to respond to all inquiries.

Decent but not excellent.

The property claimed to be in the heart and very close to attractions. It was mainly in the business district which is lifeless at night. I didn’t check this too hard so that’s on me. Someone mentioned no lift so that was not a surprise. All you need to do is update the mattress and everything changes. It can barely be considered a mattress. The place was nice - “large” for London I guess but not large. It was probably affordable due to location. The tube was more than 5 minute walk.

Great place, great location, but needs some improvements.

First the good: The location is great. London has a big heart, but this apartment is definitely in it. The apartment is spacious, and it has 2 floors which allows for some privacy if you are together with another family. Two full bathrooms and an extra toilet make it also convenient for a larger group like ours (6 people). Very nice spacious kitchen with new’ish appliances: good fridge, stove with oven (top heat only) and a microwave. For the location, season and the size of the apartment, the price was very good! The downsides and opportunities for improvement: Firstly, if I had known all the downsides, I would’ve still chosen the apartment. I am sharing these, because a lot of them are fixable. The noise: there is a compressor (somewhere) that comes on and off every few minutes and when it does, it makes noise loud enough that it is really annoying at night. It’s not loud enough to bother during the day. The windows are old (single glaze) and they barely filter any outside noise too. The kitchen wasn’t equipped for 6 people – not enough cups, plates etc. Not enough pots. Most of the ones that are there are severely damaged Teflon, which is actually toxic. The cleanliness: the apartment, the sheets and the kitchen were generally looking clean, but my socks were dirty from the floor in minutes and the strings to open and close the blinds were sticky (we used them through a paper towel to avoid touching them). The Internet was very slow – especially the upload speed – it took minutes to upload a photo and videos would typically time out with an error. Worth to note that both bathrooms are upstairs and the one with the shower is an on-suite, so access to it is a bit a nuisance as you must go through someone’s bedroom. For sharing, It would’ve been better if that bathroom’s door was to the hallway rather than the bedroom. The other bathroom has a bathtub, and it could’ve been used for shower if it had a curtain installed (I would suggest that). Some disrepair included two holes in the ceiling (living room and one of the bedrooms), and one of the roof-emergency exit doors had a big gap to the outside as the door was chipped along the bottom edge. I would hate to speculate as to how that happened, but if there were any rats outside, they could easily get in. 4th floor, no elevator, very narrow staircase to get in. The floor is very uneven throughout the apartment – I guess an old building.

Espacioso, cómodo y muy bien ubicado

El apartamento es muy recomendable para visitar la ciudad. Se encuentra en un lugar tan céntrico que en 6 días no hemos utilizado el tráfico público. Éramos 3 parejas y por su tamaño resultó la estancia en el piso muy agradable y cómodo. Los únicos puntos negativos eran que no hay ascensor y tanto por la calle que por el patio de luz entra un ruido notable de tráfico y de extractores.

Tolle Unterkunft für 6 Personen mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Unterkunft liegt Zentral in London City / TUBE Blackfriars ca. 400 m entfernt / kleiner Supermarkt gegenüber / tolle Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe / sehr sauber und top eingerichtet für 6 Personen / man muß ca. 80 Stufen in den 4. Stock / geräumiges Wohn Esszimmer / Küche super ABER schlechte Ausstattung - zu wenig Geschirr Besteck usw. - Töpfe teilweise kaputt - Kaffeemaschine fehlt / 3 Bäder -> 1 Duschbad mit WC - 1 Wannenbad mit WC hier wäre es top wenn die Wanne eine Abtrennung zum Duschen hätte dann wären 2 Duschen für 6 Personen da - 1 WC mit kleinem Waschbecken / Schlafzimmer Betten ok- viel Stauraum und Schränken / Fenster nur einfach Verglasung - teilwiese zieht es durch und man hört den Strassenlärm / insgesamt sehr zur empfehlen / top Betreuung durch die RAGP Agentur /

Great place, location but poorly equiped

Light, open, airy, clean, spacious, but oh the poor equipment: 6 dining chairs for 8 people. Not enough lounge seats for 8 e.g. not enough plates for 8, no cutting board, no cafetiere or other coffee making machines, nothing for salads, no grater. Its a real shame, a couple of hundred pounds would solve most of this, and it would be a truly great place. Another caution, its on the 4th floor, with a mezzannine, so over 80 steps to get to 2 of the bedrooms.

Gut ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Herzen von London. Gut mit Bus und U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, geräumig und lädt zum verweilen ein. Kleine Negativpunkte: durch die zentrale Lage ist die Geräuschkulisse nicht zu unterschätzen und der Wasserdruck ist teils sehr lahm.... Aber alles in allem zu empfehlen....

Lovely apartment with plenty space

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment we booked the apartment for a weekend in London we wanted one with easy transport links - apartment had plenty room although the entrance does look a bit tired, but the apartment was fresh and clean - beds are very comfortable - it is however on the fourth floor and has a lot of stairs to climb
