Although I was immediately allocated an alternative apartment located across the landing from the first one, the door to the alternative apartment was full of holes because of a missing door handle so I did not feel safe there. I only stayed in that apartment because it was getting too late to arrange alternative accommodation for the night myself and I had a prior engagement to go to as well. I was offered a twenty percent discount for a future booking for the same apartment but for obvious reasons I do not want to stay there again.
