Perfect for up to 4 guests, the apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, 1.5 bathrooms, underfloor heating, air filtration, and a seamless open-plan living area with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The bright and expansive living/kitchen/dining area benefits from ample natural light through multiple windows, complemented by ceiling spotlights for an airy, uplifting feel. There are two small patio areas, offering a chance to step outside, enjoy some fresh air, or relax with a morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all essential cookware, utensils, and tableware. Super angenehmes und durchdachtes Licht Konzept. Super bequemes Bett! Das Dampfbad im Badezimmer ist ein Highlight! Du hast einen großen Smart tv, Waschmaschine, Trockner und einen Arbeitsplatz. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Gehminuten an der paddingtion Station und vielen Restaurants und Bars. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Das ganze Team war sehr bedacht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das einzig kleine Manko - wie in der Beschreibung angegeben liegt die Wohnung im Untergeschoss und hat somit keinen Ausblick.
