Tout était parfait, sauf personne à l’accueil le lundi après 17:00 heures…… on a appelé le propriétaire et était là dans 7 minutes!

Room size, condition, cleanliness was great. We really enjoyed out stay. V friendly and helpful staff. Great location if you are looking to take Bernina Express Train

Despite that it’s somewhat not easy to find, once found, it’s a beautiful place to stay! Confortable and clean. The food was delicious. Lucia is an amazing and very serviable host!

Andrea, the owner is fantastic. He took the time to show us the view from the terrace - Alps and vineyards. When my daughter was feeling under the weather, he was kind - and caring. We would love to go back!

Highly recommend

Beautiful small hotel. let the staff take care of you in this scenic setting with delicious local sourced food, and wine education. The staff are multilingual and extremely helpful and courteous.

This B&B is a gem! Beautiful location, rooms very clean, and the staff / owner were awesome. The details in the room (hair dryer, lots of organized space for your stuff), waters, and breakfast were all really great.

Great hotel and great staff ! Brand new !!! Perfercto !!!

This place is amazing. It is particularly good if you are planning a cycling trip, but I’m sure anyone would find it to their liking. Seamless communications from check in through check out. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast. The bike room, free laundering of cycling kits and the location of the hotel makes it an ideal location for the cyclist exploring the iconic climbs in the area.

What a wonderful gem of a hotel. The location was incredible, close to the train station and close to restaurants. Lots of little shops and cafes close by. The check-in process was fantastic, and the lady at the reception recommended some great restaurants in the area. The room was everything we could have wanted, and even had a washing machine if you have time to freshen up your clothing before taking the train. Would 110% stay at this hotel again when taking the train into Switzerland from...

The location of this Terra Hotel right next to the Bernina train station in Tirano is unbeatable. The hotel is new, spaciuos and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and attentive service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirano!

Absolutely amazing all around. The staff were fabulous. A cold beer from the honestly bar was a nice touch and the continental breakfast was the best our group ever had. Thanks for the stay. Sleeping in a church built in the year 500 and now an Eco hotel of course was a rare experience.

Excellent location, very nice and helpful personal.
