Over look cabin
Direction to place was not good were actually off a good bit. The road to the cabins is so rough you need a good 4 wheel drive vehicle to get through them we do not recommend cars. In the beds were very rough to sleep on. Other than that a good clean place very remote in the hot tubs are very nice.

Driveway needs updating
Cabin very nice and description was good. Bed is not comfortable and should consider changing the mattress. The driveway up to the cabin really needs more gravel and holes graded/filled in. Need 4x4 even in the rain

Directions to the cabin needs to be updated and there is no road before entrance A , they need to make a picture of a map to tell people where there cabin is located at and updated way points on the property.

The property is nice and quiet, very thankful the weather was good or our van wouldn’t have made it (need 4x4) in rain or snow! The cabin was clean, the hot tub was nice! Had dinner on the deck! Now the downfall THE BED/MATTRESS!! we were excited to relax and sleep in ( we have 3 kids and there is no sleeping in on the weekends). However, we were up and down all night! That bed is awful! We ended up packing up and leaving at 6am because we were unable to sleep on this bed! It’s lopsided/lumpy and the floor would be more comfortable! I read the reviews after our stay was booked and assumed because of other complaints about the bed it would have been replaced by now, but that was not the case! Now our hips and back are sore! I definitely suggest replacing the mattress asap!

The hot tub was the only good thing. Nothing works heat tv and dvd. It is 35 degrees outside and the heat doesn't work i have pictures of everything. Waste of money.

Central and very cute!
Great place but know it is very tucked away and lots of up and down gravel and narrow drive. Be prepared for that! Don’t recommend standard especially NO rear wheel drive cars

A tree fell on step and no one came out to look at it and if you only have a car dont go the drive way one fits ine car at a time full of stones with a very steep hill

Few days from city life
Cabin was very nice , big enough to get away for 2 adults. Only struggle was track for sliding doors to deck. Doors don't want to slide with ease maybe need cleaned or sprayed with WD40. There was rotten potatoes under sink had to get them out ,was stinking house up. There is also onions under there too but left them ,they seem OK now ...

Perfect getaway cabin
Great little cabin with nice privacy. The mattress is pretty terrible and could stand to be replaced. Nice bon fire area, but it's a little sketchy being on a slope. Would stay there again.

Perfect for short getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Overlook cabin. We had planned a nice day of hiking at Hocking Hills state park, and this was the perfect place to end the day at. The place was perfect size for my spouse and pup. The cabin was clean to our standards. There were some areas that could've been cleaner but also keep in mind, this is a cabin in the woods. Natural wear and tear is bound to happen. The hot tub chemical levels smelled strong, but we didn't mind as at least we knew it was clean also! Also, please take what the owners say about having a 4-wheel drive car to heart. It was rainy in the evening, and we had one tiny little hiccup getting up the hill in 2-wheel drive, but once we switched to 4 wheels, we had zero issues. All in all, we were extremely pleased with the property and wish we could've stayed a couple more nights!! Will be coming back!

Absolutely the worst cabin rental going the cabin was filthy the owner was rude when i called for door code the driveway was a goat trail at best lost power for whole 2nd day the hot tub was filled with human hair and had a waxy dirt skim on it andva dead tree was over hanging the hot tub ready to snapoff not to mention its right next to the cast of hills have eyes and their junk yard plus there is trash everywhere in the woods and forget privacy your literally looking in the back of 2 other cabins 60 ft away i wouod strongly recommend renting anywhere else then blue rose cabins

Good size for my spouse & I. Our hot tub over looked another cabin & we could see others in their hot tub from ours. Cabin was equipped with basics. Be mindful there is no WiFi & if you go in winter you need 4 wheel drive to access cabins. I didn’t remember seeing that in the listing & when I received check in instructions with that info, it was too late to cancel. Cabin was close to several hikes. My main complaint was the dust webs on the walls, ceiling fan etc. otherwise cabin was dated but clean.

First time here. It was a very beautiful cabin. Cute movie and board game selections. Hot tub was wonderful. Huge plus that it was a pet friendly place. Great memories for sure.

Hiking get-away
Great time here... place is a lot more updated and clean than the older photos show. Very secluded and quiet. Everyone mentions the bed... It's not great but its a lot better than a sleeping bag or air mattress!! This cabin is located in the very back stretch of the path. BRING 4x4!! Had a great time with my lifted GX470 on the gravel trail. Bring your own throw blankets and lawn chairs. I also brought my own cast iron, seasonings, and cutlery. The Hocking hills is right up the highway, firewood, ice cream, coffee all within a very short drive. As long as you don't have any mobility difficulties, I would come here over any hotel in Logan. Thanks for a great stay.

Located just outside of Logan. Makes it very convenient to travel to the locations l wanted to visit. South one day north the next. Cabins are spaced nicely for privacy. Clean. Well stocked and cozy. Perfect getaway with my dog and Mother Nature. Hot tub well maintained. It was so relaxing to finish my evening soaking after all our excursions!! I'll be back!

Nice quiet getaway, could've used a few minor improvements
The cabin is cozy and clean and tucked away in the woods away from any road noise. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. Overall, a very nice stay. The only two minor items: the mattress is noisy with any movement and it sags quite a bit, making it a challenge (but not impossible) for two people to get comfortable; the drive back through the property had a few spots with significant holes/bumps that could cause bottoming out if you're not extra careful.

Nice place close to everything. Any relaxation was taken away by physical discomfort because of the bed. Hot tub was nice. It’s up on an elevated porch and has a nice view of the trees. Plus there is enough space between the other properties there. Would stay here again!

Anniversary Getaway
The booking was easy and nowhere to check in at was great! Got an email a couple of days before checking in with great directions to the property and how to get in. Everything that was listed on the ad was available to us: hot tub, grill, tv, everything a kitchen would need and all the bedding and towels. We wanted a quite place deep in the woods and that is what we got! The cabins are wonderful and clean. I would recommend this property to anybody my friends and family!

Plan to return!
The cabin was very clean and the contactless check in process worked well for us. Everything needed for a short stay was there as far as paper products and kitchen utensils, although we brought most of our own items just in case. As other reviews have stated the mattress is VERY firm but tolerable for a couple nights, we plan to bring a mattress topper for any future bookings. Other than that, the access driveway is a little rough and narrow, but perfectly fine with awd and a crossover vehicle. We were in one of the back cabins and I wouldn’t recommend attempting to access with a low clearance vehicle. Hosts instructions for finding the cabin were perfect!

A wonderful cozy cabin
We had a wonderful time here. Loved the back porch with the hot tub! Close to Old mans Cave and other attractions. *Bring own towles, ones provided are nice but kinda small. *** Definitely make sure you drive something with 4x4. We didn't take this into account and there is some steep hills to get to the cabin.

I really enjoyed the location and the privacy of the cabin. we enjoyed the grill and hot tub on the back deck. only complaint is the bed was terrible. we didn't sleep but maybe a couple hours each night from tossing and turning. ended up leaving super early on check out day to come home and sleep. I'm not one to complain about anything, but that bed was awful.

We enjoyed the location , it was quiet, surrounded by the woods. We loved the jacuzzi and deck. The place was clean and perfect for two. The only thing we did care for was the bed. It was not comfortable and squealed every time you moved. In overall, it was a wonderful place.

Great Cabin & Great Price
This was a great little cabin in a great spot. The only complaint I have, and this is no fault of anyone's is that the road leading up to the cabins is very tight (one vehicle) and a little bumpy. But, luckily we have a Subaru SUV and we were fine. We will definitely be back.
